From the very beginning, the whole process was just so enjoyable, especially the designing and fitting phase. Like many brides, I initially felt overwhelmed and conflicted by the sheer number of different wedding dresses and styles out there. Suzie’s experience and knowledge truly shone here. She understood my vision (even when I couldn’t fully articulate it myself), guided me with honesty and confidence, and helped me make decisions that felt right for me.
I attended every fitting on my own, and each time I was looked after by Suzie. Over time, she genuinely became part of my wedding journey… not just someone working on my dress, but someone who felt like one of the girls, a bridesmaid, or a close friend. That level of care and connection made every visit feel relaxed, supportive, and fun. Because of this, I loved that I was able to keep both dresses a complete surprise and do a full reveal with everyone on the wedding day, such a special and emotional moment.
Also, two weeks before the wedding, there was something I wanted changed on one of the dresses. Naturally, the timing was stressful, but the team were calm, reassuring, and incredibly solution-focused. They listened, talked me through the options, and managed to make the changes beautifully in time. Their professionalism and attention to detail gave me complete peace of mind when it mattered most.
Honestly, what truly sets this place apart is the genuine care and passion they have for their brides. Every appointment felt thoughtful and personal, and by the end, I was honestly a little sad knowing the journey had come to an end.
